   We offer a level of quality usually only found in the finest steakhouses. We sell USDA Choice Angus beef selected and hand-cut for the perfect color, thickness, and marbling. We also offer All Natural Pork, USDA Domestic lamb, milk-fed veal, premium All Natural USDA Grade A poultry, and only the freshest USDA verified ground meats, which are ground fresh several times daily.

We're from Louisiana, so seafood is our specialty. Local crawfish, shrimp, oysters, crabs and fish are delivered straight from the docks, while our sashimi-grade tuna, Prince Edward Island mussels, Florida stone crabs, Maine lobsters, Alaskan salmon and King Crabs, and seasonal favorites are flown jet-fresh to our stores. You won't find fresher seafood anywhere.



   

The secret to the best boiled crawfish, crabs and shrimp? Start with fresh local seafood, then add just the right amount of spices, lemons and garlic to the water. Our Bayous Boys use Rouse Family Recipes when they boil in our stores, so you always get that fresh, spicy Bayou flavor.
