Pulled Pork Sandwiches


Rouses Fresh Pork Shoulder Roast Picnic Cut
1 cup low salt season all
½ cup garlic powder
½ cup onion powder
Bakery Fresh Bread Rolls or French Bread 


Mix dry seasonings and rub liberally onto Pork Shoulder Roast. Place on smoker or indirect heat for 1 hour per pound at 220 degrees until internal temperature reached of 190 degrees. Remove from heat and let rest.
Then remove from bone and shred by hand.Toss with light coating of your favorite sauce. Heap onto Bread Rolls or French Bread.
