Juan's Flying Burrito
Peach-Vidalia Salsa
Ingredients:
6 peaches, diced, skin on
1 cup Vidalia onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch Cilantro, diced
1 fresh Jalapeno
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 oz. red wine vinegar
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix together and let chill for 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
