Blue Crab Claw Dip


1/2 lb. blue crab claw meat
1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1 1/2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp dry dill weed
1/4 cup minced green onion tops
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1 tbs Rouses whole milk
Diced red and green pepper for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, then transfer to decorative bowl. Chill for a minimum of two hours. Before serving, sprinkle top with diced red and green peppers.
