Creole Mango Shrimp
Easy to prepare - Ready in 30 minutes - Feeds 4 - This may be baked or grilled

Ingredients:

1 lb. Rouses Wild Caught Louisiana Shrimp Peeled And Cleaned
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon of dried thyme or 2 tablespoons of fresh
1 bottle Pickapeppa Gingery Mango Sauce
2 tablespoon of soy sauce

Directions:

Put all ingredients together and marinade overnight or at least 2 hours. Bake in a single layer casserole dish at 350° F for 15 minutes. Great as an appetizer. May also be grilled on low flame if desired. Baking yields a softer moister texture.
