Johnny Sánchez Mexican Killer Bee

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

2 ounces Mezcal

½ ounce fresh lime juice

3 mint leaves (1 for garnish)

For the syrup:

1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

¼ ounce Crème de Cassis

Club Soda

 

HOW TO PREP

Mix together lemon juice, crème do cassis and club soda to make the syrup. Fill Combine all the ingredients except 1 mint leaf to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with leftover mint leaf. 

Recipe Yields 1 Drink
