Baked Amberjack Fillets




1 pound amberjack fillet

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried lemon pepper

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

cooking spray



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut fillets into four equal pieces. Combine paprika and

next seven ingredients in a small bowl. Sitr well. Dredge fish in spice mixture. Let stand

five minutes.

Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray and put the fish in the pan. Bake at 350

degrees for ten minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Remove from oven. Plate and top with our Fresh Mango Salsa.
