Asian Chili Seared Pork Medallions
1 Swift pork tenderloin cut to medallion size (¼ to ½ inch slices)
4 ounces Asian chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour turning occasionally to ensure even seasoning. With tongs, place medallions on hot grill on direct heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
