Baked Catfish With Herbs 



2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

¾ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried sage

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried basil

4 catfish fillets (weighing about 6 ounces each)

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp melted low or reduced fat margarine

1 garlic clove, minced



Combine the first seven ingredients and sprinkle over both sides of the fillets.Place the fillets in a greased 13X9 inch baking dish.Combine the last three ingredients and drizzle over the fillets.Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
