Shrimp Skewers


1 pound Rouses wild caught Louisiana shrimp
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon
1 small lemon juiced
2 tablespoons white wine
5 bamboo skewers

Place bamboo skewers in water to soak for 30 minutes so that they will not burn. In a large mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and let shrimp marinate for 1 hour. Place shrimp onto skewers. On medium heat grill shrimp for approximately 5 minutes or until desired doneness has been attained.
