Dijon Crusted Tuna Filets
Ingredients:
2 Sashimi grade tuna fillets
1 small jar Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Sal & Judy's olive oil
Directions:
Rub both sides of tuna fillets liberally with Dijon Mustard. In a sauté pan add olive oil and when just starting to simmer place rubbed tuna filets into skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.
