Cajun Blasted Bayou Catfish

 

Ingredients:
1 pound Catfish Fillets
1 jar Garlic Butter Cajun Blast
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
kosher or sea salt to taste
cracked black pepper to taste

 


Directions:
Spray both sides of catfish fillets liberally with Cajun blast, set aside. Spray pan with Cajun Blast and sauté garlic until starting to turn brown. Sprinkle sprayed catfish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Sautee catfish fillets in skillet for about 3-5 minutes, on each side, on medium heat. When fillets start to flake, they are done.
