We're commited to your satisfaction. At Rouses our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you or the person receiving products purchased from us are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us at CustomerService@rouses.com.
If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide us with the following details in your initial email, to help us quickly and accurately find your order and service you:
· Order Number
· Product Description
· Date of Arrival
· FedEx Tracking Number
· Condition of item at time of arrival
· Detailed explanation of the issue
· Photos of the packaging and items, if damaged
Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund. Please return the merchandise to the following address:

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost. If any items are perishable, we are unable to repackage and reship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product.
